If you have any thoughts pop into your head simply brush them aside and get back to the sound of your steady breathing. Your aim is to completely clear your mind. The deeper you get into total relaxation the closer you are to your first out of body experience.
Some of the symptoms of pre astral projection “take off” include feeling vibrations all over your body, almost like electrical impulses all over your body. Don’t freak out. These vibrations are a sign that your astral body is close to leaving your physical body.
Other symptoms include buzzing sounds, increased heart rate, faster breathing, feeling as if breathing is becoming awkward, buzzing sounds, paralysis, humming, internal rocking and sudden jerking of your limbs.
